Tina is an entrepreneur and hospitality professional who grew up in her father's restaurant in Hancock, NY. She earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, launched a successful salsa business in 2008 (sold in 2022), and spent seven years as assistant dining director at Cazenovia College. Colleen spent more than twenty years at the Cazenovia Club — first as front-of-house and later as head chef — before leaving to feed the Jesuits at Le Moyne College. We are very happy to have her back where she belongs.
