Tina MacPherson-  Manager

Tina McPherson is a successful entrepreneur and hospitality professional, currently residing in Cazenovia with her family. Growing up in the restaurant industry, with her father owning a restaurant in Hancock, New York, Tina developed a passion for the hospitality business from a young age.

After completing her education, Tina majored in Hotel and Restaurant Management in college, which further honed her skills and knowledge of the industry. In 2008, she started her own salsa business, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. Her salsa business became a success, which she eventually sold in May 2022.

For the past seven years, Tina has served as the assistant dining director at Cazenovia College, where she continued to develop her expertise in hospitality management. In 2023, Tina was appointed as the new manager of the Cazenovia Club, a position that she accepted with great enthusiasm.

Tina is thrilled to join the Cazenovia Club, where she will work alongside chef Pauline Drumm, who will be returning to the club to create delectable dishes for the members. Over the winter, Pauline worked as a pastry chef at the Century Club, where she developed new dessert and pastry recipes, which she is excited to introduce to the members of the Cazenovia Club this summer. With the combined talents of Tina and Pauline, members can look forward to exceptional culinary experiences at the Cazenovia Club.

Pauline Drumm –  Chef

Chef Pauline

Pauline and her husband, Geoff, are natives of Fabius. They moved to Portland, Oregon in the early 2000s where Pauline attended culinary school, after which she worked for three James Beard Award-winning chefs. From classic French, to Italian, to Thai, Pauline’s culinary journey has been wide-ranging — for her, the importance of local farm-to-table is paramount.
She and Geoff moved to Cazenovia five years ago with their daughter, Grace, who is now 7, and they have a new puppy named Dixie. Pauline is enthusiastic about beginning the Club’s summer season, and she looks especially forward to meeting every member and working with the region’s farm-fresh foods, along with Club staff, to please and delight all
